“How do we convey the appeal of a person and a company?” “How do we create an environment where talented people can thrive?” For over ten years in Vietnam, I have worked on these questions in the field of HR. The first is about hiring; the second is about HR systems and the organization. What they share is this: making the effort to understand people, conveying their appeal, and building relationships. WORKLASSIC was founded to bring this value to more companies and individuals.
Our recruitment focuses mainly on corporate functions such as accounting, HR, and legal. I chose this area because I studied law, worked at an accounting firm, and have spent time on the ground in HR. Because I understand these posts that hold up the foundation of a company, I believe there are ways I can help.
The name “WORKLASSIC” combines “Work” and “Classic” — value that endures beyond its time — and expresses our aim to keep creating services that last. As a partner to the growth of people and companies, WORKLASSIC will continue to support hiring and organization-building in Vietnam.
